The solemn republican contest ceremony of winners and laureates awarding was held on December 30, 2013 at the National Library. Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Mikhail Myasnikovich congratulated all the winners and the laureates of the contest, thanking them for their work they do for the good of the people and the state.
